    We use different partners such as Malca Amit, Brinks, UPS and others, depending on the value.

  • This is due to our "Lean & Direct" business model. We are active manufacturers, not middlemen. Because we do not rent expensive street-level retail space and we keep our overhead costs (such as large staff counts and excessive marketing) to a minimum, we don't have to pass those costs on to you. You pay for the stone, not our rent.

  • Absolutely. We are fully Kimberley Process (KP) compliant and adhere to strict KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols. Every diamond at Emiel Vets & Zonen is verified for its origin, and we guarantee that our inventory is 100% conflict-free. Furthermore, we comply with the latest G7 guidelines regarding diamond traceability.

  • Our core focus is on wholesale and manufacturing, meaning we primarily supply jewelers, designers, and investors. However, for serious buyers looking for a specific investment or a unique stone directly from the source, we offer access to our expertise at wholesale prices.

    • The Difference: Lab-grown diamonds are industrial products that can be manufactured in unlimited quantities in a matter of weeks. As technology improves, production costs drop and supply becomes infinite.

    We provide fully insured, door-to-door secure shipping to virtually every corner of the globe. Our primary markets include:

    • North America: High-priority overnight shipping to New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.

    • Asia-Pacific: Daily secure transit to the major hubs of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.

    • Europe & Middle East: Direct links to London, Paris, Dubai, and beyond.

    2. The "Compliance Exception"

    In accordance with European Union regulations, UN mandates, and G7 sanctions, we do not ship to nations or entities currently under international trade embargoes.

    • Restricted Regions: As of 2026, this includes (but is not limited to) Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Belarus, as well as specific high-risk conflict zones identified by the Kimberley Process.

    • Entity Screening: Every shipment undergoes a mandatory KYC and AML screening to ensure we are not delivering to sanctioned individuals or organizations.

    We only utilize the "Gold Standard" of diamond logistics to ensure your assets are protected from our vault to yours:

    • Malca-Amit & Brink’s: Specialized armored transport for high-value parcels.

    • FedEx - UPS International Priority (High-Value): For rapid, tracked wholesale delivery.

    • Full Insurance: Every stone is 100% insured at its full replacement value during transit.

  • 1. Accepted Payment Channels
    We accept direct Wire Transfers (SWIFT / SEPA). This is the most secure method for high-value diamond transactions and ensures immediate processing of your order.

    • Currencies: We accept payments in Euro (€) and US Dollars ($).

    • No Hidden Fees: Unlike credit card payments or online gateways, we do not charge a processing premium for bank transfers.


    2. Mandatory KYC for New Clients
    As a compliant Antwerp manufacturer, we take security and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations seriously.

    • The Requirement: All new clients must complete a one-time KYC (Know Your Customer) registration before a transaction can be finalized.

    • What to Provide: Typically, this involves a copy of your business registration (VAT/Tax ID) and a valid ID of the company representative.

    • The Benefit: Once verified, you are added to our "Trusted Partners" list, which allows for faster future transactions and access to our exclusive inventory previews.


    3. Payment Timeline

    • Order Confirmation: Upon agreement of the sale, you will receive a Proforma Invoice containing our secure IBAN/SWIFT details.

    • Shipping Trigger: Goods are dispatched immediately once the funds are cleared in our account.

    • Currency Fluctuations: For international orders in USD, the rate is locked at the moment the invoice is issued to protect both parties from market volatility.
